At Cherry Tree Holistic, I offer calming, hands-on therapies \u2013 reflexology, acupressure facial therapy, reiki, Indian Head Massage and gua sha<\/strong> \u2013 from my clinic in Fleet, Hampshire, to help you release tension, reconnect, and restore balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 20 years of nursing has shown me how stress quietly builds in the body – how it drains, disconnects, and overwhelms. And as a woman and mother, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. I want to help you see that your well-being and self care matters, and that putting yourself first should become more of a natural instinct for you. When you care for yourself with intention, you build the strength and space to care for others with greater ease and presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I offer a range of treatments, but it’s rare that I deliver a single therapy in isolation. I often blend elements of Reiki with your chosen treatment to create a more holistic and tailored experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ll always discuss this approach together to ensure it aligns with your needs on the day. Your treatment is guided by how you’re feeling in the moment, which means the combination of therapies may vary each time you visit.
